“I’m Kerstie.
I’m a registered marriage celebrant who truly believes that wedding ceremonies matter. There’s something incredibly special about standing alongside you and your love on your wedding day, and I feel honoured to play a part in such a meaningful moment.
Originally, I came to New Zealand on holiday… and like so many others, I never left! What was meant to be a short adventure quickly turned into something much more, and over 20 years later, I’m proud to call this beautiful country home.
Three years ago, my partner and I made the move to Wānaka, drawn by the lifestyle, the mountains, and everything the Central Otago region has to offer. We both love the outdoors, and feel so lucky to live and work in such a beautiful part of the world.
Becoming a celebrant felt like a natural extension of who I am. I genuinely love working with people: taking the time to listen, understand your story, and create something that feels authentic and true to you.
Every ceremony I deliver is written specifically for the people at its heart – you. Never rushed, never generic. My approach is calm, thoughtful, and personal, creating a space where you can feel completely comfortable and present in the moment.
I believe the best ceremonies aren’t just heard, they’re felt. They reflect your story, your values, and your connection in a way that feels effortless and genuine.
Being trusted with such an important part of someone’s life is something I never take for granted. And it’s what I love most about what I do.”
