Charlotte took the time to get to know us before our day and provided so much guidance and reassurance leading up to it. She helped us with all the processes and all our questions. If that wasn’t enough… we made Charlotte walk for about 6 hours just so we could get married on the Routeburn Track. Not only was Charlotte up for the adventure, she added so much joy and energy. The words she wrote for our ceremony could not have been more perfect. My parents still mention today (months later!) how special Charlotte’s words were.
