“Where to start? Charlotte was brilliant from the start, so easy to get along with, like an old friend. The information she sent was great and easy to complete, she organised the button holes and sourced a photographer for us. On the day we should of been on Cecil Peak, but alas the weather was very much against us. We ended up at Coronet Peak, Charlotte arranged the minibus, seat for my disabled Mum.
